Chopped Ochroes.
Begin frying in a little Golden Ray® Creole butter.
Fry chicken gizzard separately to get some seasoning and taste into it…
Add gizzard and basmati rice… fry for a few minutes, then add water to boil. Add salt to taste.
Simmer and finish moist since the water continues to evaporate.

I am sure this taste very nice though I am no fan of chicken gizzard. If only a sample ws available via email :)
