Deliberately mispronouncing a name on air.
New Zealand TVNZ presenter Paul Henry deliberately mispronounces the name of Delhi's Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit (pronounced Dixit) on air. India isn’t pleased. As can be seen from the video, the presenter was corrected several times by his colleagues yet persisted in the mockery.
''The dip s--- woman,'' Henry said. ''God, what's her name? Dick S---. It's so appropriate, because she's Indian, so she'd be dick-in-shit wouldn't she, do you know what I mean? … it's just so funny.''
I guess Paul Henry did not realise that New Zealand also has crappy names.

Those names in that article on NZ names were quite ridiculous! Why would you name your kid after a bus shelter?!
Not to be left out, some Trini parents apparently did their child an injustice as well. I saw a complainant from San Fernando in the list of comments :)
He has been 'suspended', KC, not for this gaff, but for making fun of an Indian born New Zealander ( the Governor General - a post similar to our President)a couple of days after this incident.
