just a thought

I wonder if Obama travels out of the USA, he appoints an 'acting' President? Or Cameron of the UK appoints an 'acting PM? Or Chavez (Venezuela), or Harper (Canada), Merkel (Germany), or Reinfeldt (Sweden), or... you get the picture by now I am sure.

When Kamla travels, she is still travelling as the Prime Minister. How then can we have an 'acting' PM in the country while the PM is still the PM, albeit out of the country?

Third world country, third world mind-set.
